Malt products

The natural and liquid malt extracts and malt products in powder form of TEHRA and IREKS contain natural sugars, proteins, minerals and other natural substances. The products have no additives and therefore have clean labels without E numbers. The application of the malts is for production of biscuits, salty stick, crackers, snacks, grizini, waffle crust, chocolate, bonbons, instant drinks, baby food and others. The malt extracts are a great combination for the yeast, they enhance its activity, create optimal conditions for the development of the dough and contribute for excellent color and taste of the finished product.
