Recipe:

MIX FOR BREAD WITH INULIN       1000 g

Salt                                                     6-18 g (1 Tb.)

Yeast                                                  20 g or

Dry yeast                                            7 g

Water, approx.                                    640-660 ml

 

Method:

The yeast is pre-activated with cool water. Add together the salt, the activated yeast, the water and the flour. Knead until reaching a medium soft dough, and allow to rest for about 15 - 20 minutes, while covered with a damp cloth. The dough is kneaded again and divided into pieces, which are round or oval in shape. Then put them on a greased tray or covered with baking paper tray. They are baked at a temperature of 200 - 220°C, where the duration depends on their weight.
