Recipe:

MIX FOR BREAD CHIA    1000 g

Salt                                    16-18 g (1Tb.)

Yeast                                  20 g or

Dry yeast                            7 g

Water, approx.                    650 ml

Method:

Beforehand, the yeast is mixed with cool water. The salt, the dissolved yeast and the water are added into the flour. Mix till you achieve a medium soft dough with a temperature of about 28°C. Knead it to a smooth dough that is left to rest for about 15 - 20 minutes, covered with a damp cloth. The dough is then divided into pieces, which are formed in a round or oval form and then placed in a pre-greased or covered with baking paper form or tray. Breads are left for final proof at a warm temperature for about 40 - 50 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 200 - 220°C, where the duration depends on the weight of the bread.
