Recipe:

READY TO USE MIX FOR GLUTEN-FREE BREAD      1000 g   

Yeast                                                                                     30 g or                   

Dry yeast                                                                               10 g  

Oil                                                                                          30 ml

Water                                                                                   900 ml

 

Method:

All ingredients are mixed with a mixer for about 3 - 5 minutes. The mixture is then poured in a pre-greased forms where it is left to proof for 30 - 40 minutes at 30°C.

When preparing a bread with 1 kg of ready-to-use mix, it is recommended to use 4 shapes. Bake the bread at a temperature of 200 - 220°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
