Recipe:

GLUTEN-FREE BROWNIE MIX          500 g

Eggs                                                     50 g 

Oil                                                         80 ml

Water                                                    80 ml

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a suitable bowl and mix for 3 - 4 minutes at a medium speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Dough is poured into a baking pan. Bake at 180 - 190°C for about 20 - 25 minutes.
