Gluten-free biscuits

Recipe:
GLUTEN-FREE BISCUIT MIX 500 g
Eggs 150 g (3 pcs)
Oil 200 ml
Water 40 ml
Method:
All ingredients are placed together into a suitable bowl. Stir at a medium speed for 3 - 4 minutes. Then, spray the mixture with a pastry bag on pre-greased tray or on a covered with a baking paper tray. Biscuits are baked at 170 - 180°C for about 15 - 20 minutes, depending on their weight. Optionally, the gluten-free cookies are sprinkled with powdered sugar or covered with chocolate icing.
