History

In 1992 Dr. Ing. Lubomir Draganov and Ing. Christian Draganov establish TEHRA company. Since the very beginning, the management takes care of its sustainable development and strengthening of its position on both, Bulgarian and international markets.

 

The company name holds a long-term vision for development:

 

TEHRA = deriving from technologies and food

 

Milestones

 

1992: Establishment of company TEHRA with the production of raw materials in the sectors of milling and bread production.

1994: Industrial production of the first correctors in Bulgaria for improvement of the flour quality; improvers, mixes for baked goods.

1996: Production of classic flours with introduction of numerous innovative and technological solutions in the milling factory. Construction of a separate installation for wholegrain flours from wheat, rye, rice, barley and others.

2000: Increase in production capacity and storage of finished goods.

2002: Production line for greasing emulsion - "Volio" for spraying on tins and on forms as well as oven belts as a substitute for sunflower oil.

2005: Beginning of partnership with the German group IREKS as exclusive representative distributor for Bulgaria.

2007: The first Bulgarian milling factory certified for the production and trading of organic products.

2009: Expansion of the production and the range of gluten-free products.

2010: Production line for extruded flours: wheat, corn, whole grain flour and others.

2012: Construction of a high-technological laboratory with modern equipment.

2013: Production of Bulgarian sourdoughs.

2014: Fully automated packaging line for ready-to-use mixes and flours in packaging of 0,5 kg and 1 kg.

2014: Production of specialized products for confectionery.

2018: Launching of the Demonstration center.
